This project was a collaborative effort between CKN Builders and Local Life. Two units were to be brought to life, each a canvas for European contemporary inspiration, blending modern aesthetics with a warm, inviting vibe.

As the project took shape, the European contemporary style became the guiding light, influencing every design aspect.  The key to achieving this delicate balance lay in the choice of rich walnut-finished cabinetry and neutral tones that adorn various spaces within both units.

The project was a comprehensive endeavor, meticulously covering all areas of the two units. From the sleek kitchens that inspired culinary creativity to the well-appointed laundry rooms, luxurious bathrooms, and an inviting bar area, every corner was a testament to the meticulous attention to detail. A thoughtfully designed mudroom and a cozy living room completed the ensemble, creating a harmonious living space that promised comfort and sophistication.

In the end, working with CKN Builders and Local Life Builders was more than a professional collaboration. It was a shared journey toward perfection, resulting in a pair of residences that mirrored the essence of European contemporary elegance. The shared journey with the builders fostered a sense of community and collaboration, enriching the project with diverse perspectives and expertise.
